Ratcliff Promotes 11 Staff Members

EMERYVILLE, Calif., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Ratcliff, the longest-lived architectural firm in the San Francisco Bay Area and AIA California's 2005 Firm of the Year, promoted Heidi Bilodeau and Lynn Drover, CID, IIDA, to senior associate. Additionally, the firm promoted Jorge Burbano, RA, Brian Feagans, NCARB, LEED(R) AP, Arline Hernandez, Heather Kilday, Elizabeth O'Hara, Bonnie Thomas, CID, IIDA, LEED(R) AP, Day Thomson, AIA, Kevin M. Thornton, AIA, and Chellene Wood to associate. Senior Associates

Heidi Bilodeau's role as director of marketing encompasses brand management and coordination of business development strategies with principals for Ratcliff's healthcare, academic and civic practice area groups. Bilodeau is Ratcliff's Alliance Coordinator for the Global Design Alliance. Bilodeau earned her bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1993.

A healthcare interior designer, Lynn Drover, CID, IIDA, is a strong advocate for designing healing environments that concurrently contribute to patient outcomes and support and re-energize the medical staff. She is working on the program, remodel and expansion of John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, California. She received her bachelor's degree in interior design from San Francisco State University in 1977 and has worked toward a certificate in healthcare design from Canada College.
