Martha Stewart’s NEW Homes Offer Advanced HOME Automation TECHNOLOGY

All homes include state-of-the-art, UL-listed security systems with programmable features that allow homeowners to monitor their home and obtain notifications when potential problems need their attention.

They can also monitor their home system by phone or by computer via the Internet to keep track of who is in the home; as an example, if children have a unique code to enter the home, parents at work can monitor which child is home. In addition, the home’s comfort features such as temperature and lighting can be adjusted from a remote location. Cameras can also be installed in baby rooms to enable parents to monitor their children.
