experts to be part of its Sleep Number(R) Quality of Life
Advisory Board, assembled to help people realize how they can
enhance their lives through better sleep and a better bed.

live every day," said Pete Bils, senior director of sleep
innovation and clinical research for Select Comfort. "We've
recruited some of the country's top experts to help people
truly understand how overall life satisfaction is linked to
sleep." The Sleep Number Quality of Life Advisory board
complements the Select Comfort Sleep Advisory Board(SM), which
is made up of leading researchers and clinicians to help guide
the company about issues related to the science and practice
of better sleep.
The expertise of the Sleep Number Quality of Life Advisory
Board members includes high performance/energy, personal
happiness, physical appearance, successful relationships and
sleep environment and decor. The board members are:
Dr. John Spencer Ellis: High Performance/Energy
Dr. John Spencer Ellis is the CEO of National Exercise &
Sports Trainers Association, the Spencer Institute for Life
Coaching and the Get America Fit Foundation. He is currently
seen as the health and fitness expert on Bravo's The Real
Housewives of Orange County. He also is the host of The Fit
Show, The OC Body TV show and The Spencer Power Hour radio
program. Ellis is the author of How Badly Do You Want It? -
Your Ultimate Guide to Optimal Fitness. Most recently, he
hosted the Ms. Fitness USA and World Pageants, and was
nominated for induction into the Fitness Hall of Fame. Ellis
speaks to athletes and busy moms, as well as those people who
simply want more energy to get through the day. According to
him, being well rested and recovered will keep you fully "on

M.J. Ryan: Personal Happiness
M.J. Ryan has earned the title of "an expert in human
fulfillment" by conducting workshops for high performance
executives and entrepreneurs across the nation. She has

Live. Ludwig has been featured on numerous national news, talk
