Golan's Lighting Designs Fuse Art and Engineering

Born and raised in Israel, Golan served seven years in the Israeli Navy as an electrical engineer. After designing the lighting for the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, he moved to the USA in 1994, and came to Atlanta in 1999. "I have always been aware of the importance of good lighting -- whether you are at work, in a museum or at home; to me it is an art to use technology to illuminate human life."
