     well as any BeoVision flat screens and the BeoSystem 3 processor.
  4) The Home Theater Package allows residents to transform their living
     rooms into a home theater setup with the addition of BeoLab
     loudspeakers and the BeoCenter 2 CD/DVD player.
  5) The Basic Automation Package integrates the heating and cooling system
     to the audio video setup in the home.
  6) The Automation Upgrade Package further incorporates environmental
