Ricci, a longtime carver, launched her decor business by
designing a letter plaque for a
friend's nursery. Her passion for carving evolved while
building a successful signage business with her husband John
in Tampa, Florida.

first product, the now-classic wall letter plaque, was a huge
hit, especially after she was able to offer it in a
lighter-weight resin. The artisan was soon being asked for
